Founder and owner
Founder and owner of consulting company OGM is Aleksandra Vuksanovic Kurtovic. Before starting her own business, Aleksandra was in leadership positions in IT industry. Thanks to her ambition she was a leader of regional projects and a mentor of younger generations of colleagues who were professionally growing up in the teams she was leading. She got knowledge which was the basis on which she applied her unique method of working with small private firms. Together with a team of coworkers she offers the unique "know-how" concept to the market of the companies who want to develop themselves, for the development of their own work.
